Returns and Exchanges policy
What are the terms and conditions regarding exchanges?
In the event you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you have the right to return it to us and get your money back. To return a product you will fill out the contact form. You can find the contact form in “contact us” page. Provide all information about what product(s) you want to return and download our return slip that you will then use to send back your order without any additional charge. We cannot currently offer any direct exchanges. Instead, you can place a new order for the products you want, after we have received the returned product(s).
To qualify for an exchange you must return the product in mint condition, in the original packaging, including undamaged labels and protective plastic film.
Products bought from this website can only be exchanged by being returned to our warehouse. Please note that you cannot perform an exchange in a local store that sells watches from James Noble.
Goods that have been purchased as part of a discount offer can be returned and the discount can be used for a new purchase, provided it adheres to the same terms.
James Noble are not responsible for products lost during returns that take place without the return slip provided using our contact form.
How does your return policy work?
For all products there is a 30 day cancellation period with the right to cancel the purchase, starting after the product has been delivered to you.
Your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, therefore in the original packaging with the protective plastic film and labels intact.
If you have purchased James Noble products from our website, you must return it to our Swedish warehouse in order to exercise your right to the exchange. This is the only way to guarantee full compensation. You cannot perform the exchange in a local store that sells James Noble products.
Follow these steps to return a product or order:

- Choose “Returns” as the subject and provide the reason you want to return your product.
- You will receive an email sent to you automatically with instructions on how to properly perform the return. The mail contains a link to a return slip that you must print out and attach to the package you intend to return.
- The package is then delivered to a UPS courier. Alternatively you can have the package collected by UPS without any additional cost.
Keep in mind that during promotions and holidays it can take slightly longer than normal to process your returned goods. This is due to our warehouse being under higher workload than usual. The refund can therefore take slightly longer than otherwise expected. During these time periods you can expect your return to be processed between 5-15 work days, counted from when it arrived at our warehouse. As long as you returned the goods during the 30 day return period, your return will not be affected by a slightly longer processing time. We thank you for your patience when it comes to special occasions and holidays.
How do I perform an exchange?
If you find that you are dissatisfied with your purchase from us and want to exchange or return your goods, you have the right to do so within 30 days from when it was received. We will perform a full refund and allow you to place a new order with the products you want instead. Unfortunately we cannot offer any direct exchanges. To perform an exchange simply contact us by using the contact form on our website. You will receive instructions on how to return your goods.
How do I return a product or an order?
Follow the instructions below on how to return one or multiple products.

- You will receive an email with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. This will be delivered to the email address you provided during your latest order.
- Read all the instructions carefully and print out the attached return slip linked in the email.
- Deliver the package containing the goods you want to return to your post-office.
Terms and Conditions:
From the time you receive your products, you have 30 days to return them should you wish to. James Noble will only accept returns within that time period provided they are returned in the same condition as they were received.
We are not able to perform any direct exchanges when it comes to returns. After a return has been received and refunded, you can choose to place a new order with the products you want. If your previous purchase was discounted or part of a promotion, you will be eligible to apply the same offer to your new purchase. Feel free to contact us should you need assistance.
How will I know if you have received my return?
In connection with your package arriving at our warehouse, it will undergo an inspection to determine if we accept or reject the return.
At the latest, the return must be sent 30 days after your goods were received. The goods must be in the same condition as when it was received, which includes original packaging, undamaged labels, and protective plastic film.
If your return is accepted you can expect the refund to reflect in your account within 2 weeks.
During national holidays and special promotions, we ask for your understanding, as the processing of returns can take longer than usual. If you have any other questions

At the time of receiving products purchased at our website, you have 30 days to return them.
The return will be rejected if the goods have been used, are not in mint condition, are not returned in its original packaging, if the labels are damaged or the protective plastic film has been removed.
A full refund is only available if products purchased at this website are returned to our warehouse. You cannot return them to a local retailer.
Please note that you may have to pay for the shipping when you return products to us. James Noble takes no responsibility for potentially lost goods if the shipping takes place in any other way than with the attached return slip you printed when first contacting us regarding the return.
