Introduction

Your purchases and usage of the website www.jamesnoblewatch.com are covered by the following general conditions. They apply during purchase of our products and use of our website. Therefore, we recommend that you read all terms and conditions carefully before using our site.

 

Confirmation

After placing an order, we will send an email containing a confirmation/invoice to the email address provided in connection with the purchase. Therefore, it is essential to provide the correct email address when placing your order. This confirmation serves as a receipt of your purchase. Please save the details in it, as the information provided will be required if you need to contact our customer service team with questions regarding your order.

 

Payment

You can pay for your order with a bank card or credit card. Payments with bank or credit cards are managed by Stripe/Paypal. James Noble never has access to your bank or credit card number.

 

Card Payments

All card payments are administrated by Stripe/PayPal. They are encrypted and managed in accordance with strict banking standards. This means you can perform safe payments using Visa, MasterCard or Amex. No other party aside from your bank and Stripe/PayPal are privy to your card details. James Noble does not take any additional fee for card payments. Your bank may, however, take out an additional fee, depending on which card you use. The purchasing conditions are valid following a verified card transaction. If no payment is received following a placed order, the order can be declared void and canceled by James Noble.

 

Pricing

All prices on the website include VAT and are declared in accordance to relevant legislation. For orders requiring delivery to an address outside the EU, the VAT will be subtracted at the time of payment. Please note that orders to countries outside the EU may be targeted by import duty and other taxes, which are added when the order has been delivered. You as a customer are responsible to pay the fees that you are subjected to in your country of residence. The size of the fee may vary from country to country, so we recommend that you contact customs in your country of residence to find out what rules apply.

 

Orders

If it comes to our attention that a purchase has been performed using false information, for example, by using another person’s name without said person’s consent, then action will be taken and it will be reported. All prices are shown under the condition that they are subject to change, and prices can even be adjusted on orders that have already been placed. If goods have been ordered using an incorrect price, the purchase can be revoked and James Noble will refund the paid sum in the best way possible.

 

The right to return is valid for 30 days after receiving your order and is limited to all goods being returned in their original packaging and condition. In the case of returns, please contact James Noble to be provided with a return address. James Noble are responsible for the shipping fee. If your goods are damaged when received, contact James Noble within 30 days to receive compensation.

 

Warranty

All watches come with a 2 year warranty after an order has been placed. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects on the watch (clockwork, wacthcase and glass). Other parts of the watch, such as the wristband, are not covered by the warranty. Issues regarding warranty may be compensated with a replacement product. In such cases, you should use the contact form available at James Noble’s contact page, or alternatively send us all the information by regular mail. Use “reclamation of purchase” as the title of your message or letter. Provide your name, address, order number and a thorough explanation of the damage. For warranty issues, James Noble will pay for the return shipping. When the return is received by James Noble, the product will be reviewed and if the defects described by the customer cannot be verified, it will be sent back to the customer. If any of the following damage or circumstances are established, even if they occur during the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the repair cost.

 

  • Defects caused by reckless or wrongful usage such as dents, damage caused by blunt force trauma, shattered glass or alike.
  • Defects caused by repair or modification performed by unauthorized service technicians.
  • Defects resulting from natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes), fire or water.
  • Changes in the appearance of the watch as a result of normal wear and tear and aging. This includes minor scratches on the housing or glass, plating that is flaking off and color changes on the wristband.
  • If the location of purchase and the date of purchase is missing on the warranty, or if that information has been added or modified at a later time.
  • If the certificate of guarantee is not included in the package with the watch.
  • Change of batteries is not covered by the warranty.

For repairs, the watchcase, arms, glass, dial, the watch bands and other components can be exchanged for parts of equal value, in the case of missing original components.

 

The warranty gives the customer the right to receive a replacement product without cost in accordance to the terms, during the warranty period and without any further additional limitations of customer rights according to consumer law and other applicable laws.

When purchasing from us, we save some of your personal information with the purpose of managing the purchase. You can, at any time, request said information and demand that incorrect information is changed or deleted. Our website uses cookies to make your online experience as seamless as possible. Product Information

James Noble withholds the right to make price adjustments and change product information without any prior notice. All information on the website, including pictures of products, aim to give the customer as accurate representation of the products as possible. It is, however, not possible to fully protect oneself against potential mistakes. We cannot guarantee that all photos give an accurate depiction of the product’s appearance. The images should therefore be viewed as illustrations. The image quality may also vary depending on the settings of your computer.

 

Deliveries and Cancellations

James Noble delivers across the world in collaboration with DHL and equivalent companies in other countries. You always have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your product. You should always contact our customer service before attempting to return your product. You can do that by using the contact form available here. For returns to be approved, goods must be unused and in mint condition. Return shipping and any risk associated herewith is the customer’s responsibility.

 

If you no longer wish to receive your goods due to a major delay in delivery, you must perform a cancellation. If your goods have already been sent when performing your cancellation, you have to receive the goods. Cancellations are not valid until a confirmation is received via phone or email. In cases where a product is no longer part of the range of products, James Noble withholds the right to cancel your purchase and issue a refund. We will inform you about the availability of return goods or equivalent products.

 

Complaints

When you have received your order, you should pay close attention to each product and check for potential damage caused by transportation. If such damage is found, you should contact the shipping firm as soon as possible. This holds true for both visible and invisible damage. If you discover damage after receiving your goods or believe the items do not correspond to your order, you should contact us within 30 days. Complaints should be directed towards our customer service department and issued using our contact form. You should provide your order number and the reason behind your complaint. We will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to return your goods.

 

Goods being returned should be treated and packaged as undamaged goods. Regardless of the reason for return, it is vital for the product to be packaged accordingly to prevent damage during the return. If, after review, James Noble can establish that the goods are undamaged, it will once again be delivered to the customer. The watch may be exchanged for a model of equal quality. If no suitable alternative is available, or if the product in question no longer exists, the customer will receive a refund. Responsibility

James Noble’s responsibility for damage and other defects that emerge during transport is limited in accordance to current terms of service and the exact details stated in those terms. James Noble’s liability towards you as a customer is limited to the total cost of the order. James Noble cannot be responsible for secondary loss or damage that arises due to events outside of our control.

 

Force Majeure

James Noble cannot be responsible for events and circumstances outside its control. This means that James Noble is not liable for damages and consequences that result from governmental interventions, change in legislation, war, fire, discontinuation of work, flooding, restrictions, sabotage, unfavorable transport and weather conditions, delivery failure from suppliers and if James Noble or its partners are subjected to criminal activity.

 

User-created Content

James Noble’s website often includes outside content from, for example, social media. We take no legal responsibility for such material. Please contact our customer service team if you suspect any violation of copyright laws or some other crime, or if you for some other reason feel offended by any content on the website.

 

Ownership

If James Noble suspect that any crime occurs in connection with an order, that order may be cancelled. Potential fraud or any other type of crime will always be reported to the police.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

All terms and all usage of James Noble’s website are subject to Swedish Law. If a dispute emerges as a result of usage or placed orders from James Noble, it will primarily be decided by a Swedish Court. The exception being if James Noble considers it necessary to take legal action against a customer or user resident in another country. The legal system in the country of question will be contacted in such cases.

 

Termination

If James Noble suspects that you have violated terms in any way or committed a crime in connection with your website visit, your account could be terminated. Terminations can occur without any prior notice.

 

Validity of our Clauses

If any or a few of these clauses are declared invalid by a court in connection with a dispute, it does not affect the validity of other clauses.
